Payment may be made by credit card, HSA, FSA, cash, check, or Venmo; a card must be kept on file for possible no-show appointments.

Our prices are established to be a "no-tip" experience. However, we do accept hugs, a Google review, flowers, an enthusiastic high-five, or any other energetic form of appreciation you might want to give.

You may cancel online, by phone, or by text 48 hours before my appointment; otherwise, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. Appointment reminders will be sent out by email and text.

Refund Policy Cancellations made with the courtesy of more than 48 hours will be offered to reschedule. If a refund is preferred, the client will be refunded the appointment cost minus the 3% credit card processing fee incurred by Velvet Wrecking Ball MyoFascial Release.

You will be considered a no-show if you don't contact Velvet Wrecking Ball Myofascial Release about your absence or don't attend your appointment. As a result, I will be charged the total amount, or the session will be deducted from my scheduled appointment package.
